Unlimited time off is a mechanism that means you simply lose it if you weren’t using it. It is hard to take time off as demands of time make that a challenge. There were a lot of really great people at this company, and is what made it such a great place to work. Then Vista happened, and it all went down hill. Executives left, and new leadership never really understood who PS was or what made it good.
