Good company with good people, but questionable market opportunity from a growth perspective. Shrinking market leads to lots of layoffs, but if you put your head down and do the work, there's money to be made.

Quota is not attainable and leadership has no idea how to run the BDR organization there’s a reason last quarter alone 17 BDRs found new roles stay away
