unstable company, 4th round of layoff in 2 years, the leadership team don't know what they do and which direction to take moving forward. No pay increase for the employees the since Covid period regardless your yearly performance. 2024 is not the right timing to join this company.

Pluralsight was a great company to work for. There are lots of fun events, and development opportunities. This may seem obvious as they are an education company. My only real gripes were working on a newer product team. Help wasn't as abundant as their mainline product. No real stream of inbound leads as marketing took awhile to get going.
