Started off well and they got bought by a Private Equity firm, the RSUs and ESPPs disappeared, it got harder to make any money and the culture went sideways too.

Lot of change within organisation which is good. Inbound lead flow is poor - pay has also fallen well below market in recent years

Overall a good company, there are things that I love about Pluralsight that I will definitely work for in my next opportunity. It has provided me with a solid understanding of full cycle sales, prospecting, and many other skills that I can use moving forward.
