Lot of change within organisation which is good. Inbound lead flow is poor - pay has also fallen well below market in recent years

due to the drastic decrease in success of the company there were poor decisions made while numerous VP & C suite level individuals were leaving the company. Not a place I would recommend going to at this time until they get a grasp on the overall company objectives

You can consider yourself lucky if you can work three solid leads each quarter. Outside of that you have to find all of your own opportunities as you do not have BD's supporting you. Company is on fire since the vista acquisition and has no transparency for leadership plans nor plans to sty afloat. Everyone is looking over their shoulder wondering when there team will be the next ones cut in a layoff event. 3 layoffs in 2023 alone.
