Industry leading product that delivers top and bottom line value with a large TAM. Big deals to be had. Lots of competition. Inbound demand is minimal and all territories are not created equal. Sales management gaps.

Planview did a 10% reduction in force that I was impacted by. I had only been with the company for 4.5 months. The culture was very tense because no one was hitting their number.

Executive Management seems to be out of touch with reality in the market. Acquisitions have changed the culture not for the good. There are a lot of talented people throughout the organization and they are trying to compensate for the lack of personality at the C-level.
