Favored employees are able to disregard the ROE and get ahead while others will get their meetings taken away. Barely anyone is hitting quota, this included AEs. The benefits are good though if that matters to you…

Current Employee2.9Feb 26, 2024My overall experience is mediocre, deal flow is slow and market is indifferent. Converting opps is tough with AES who are pressured heavily from senior VPs so quota attainment is low.
