Zero to no professional development. Management is all over the place. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For true professionals this place would be a setback in their career. My advice is to stay away.

Really excellent product. Very long sales cycle due in part due to “nice to have” status and risk aversion of customers. People are friendly, but the leadership is top-heavy and a parade of leaders have entered and exited the business, leaving very little institutional knowledge. You can make a killing but need to a top 10 bank or you are out of luck.

The experience has been great so far within the revenue organization. The product is extremely complex (16+ month sale cycles) and takes 6+ months to implement, but it does have a good market fit and solves real problems.
