Zero to no professional development. Management is all over the place. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For true professionals this place would be a setback in their career. My advice is to stay away.

Leadership has drastically over-hired reps, leading to very low percentage of reps attaining quota. The product is extremely complex (16+ month sale cycles) and takes 6+ months to implement, but it does have a good market fit and solves real problems.
