The product is extremely complex (16+ month sale cycles) and takes 6+ months to implement, but it does have a good market fit and solves real problems.

Leadership has drastically over-hired reps, leading to very low percentage of reps attaining quota. Zero to no professional development. Management is all over the place. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For true professionals this place would be a setback in their career. My advice is to stay away.
