Is Phreesia good to work for?

It's a great starting out point, working from home now has been helpful but they still are working out the kinks.  Depending on Market, SDM, you will be successful however it's a casino lottery for success.  You are judged on the 130 accounts in your name.  if you hit 5 in one month, you get brand new accounts and a fresh start. BUT if you don't hit 5 in one month (maybe you hit 3 and 4, even totaling 7+) then it's considered not successful.  I personally have called the 'workable' accounts in my name too many times to count.  Not sure why a company would keep prospects in your name for more then 60 days but it's mental to call 40+ times a day on only 100 accounts.

The CEO is a dictator. Other leadership fears him and he is the least motivating CEO I have ever worked for. He only cares about himself and what he says goes. Do not come to this company if you want to be treated with respect or have any of your opinions or insights valued

It’s a great place to work if you’re starting off in sales. Higher base than most companies base+ OTE. Great benefits and team culture. BUT like other people mentioned their sales cycle and overall sales leadership is horrible. You’re expected to work accounts that have been called on for years or had multiple opportunities in the last year. The contacts in these accounts are so tired of us that they hang up as soon as they hear Phreesia or ask to be on the do not call list, however management will not do that and just leave them alone for 2 weeks maybe a month and reach out again. You have maybe 100-130 accounts to work. Now once you get to mid-tier level or higher it’s easier because you have more contacts and they haven’t bridges haven’t been burnt as much. Your success is very much dependant on the market you’re place in and it’s pretty unfair. Older people get promoted much faster than younger folks despite performance.

The sales leaders are so insanely out of touch with the sales process it’s ridiculous. Many of the senior sales leaders were previous SDR’s that only come called for a year and sold a complete different product than what we currently sell. They give you the most useless talk tracks and training sessions asking what working and not actually listening when SDR’s say that our accounts are burned out.

As negative as it sounds it’s a good place to start off. Just know that no one has been promoted to an AE in the last year.

They offer zero commission. Flat salary, and potential variable of 15k based off entire company performance. If your in Sales for the money, discouraging.

It's sales.  Not hitting quota means you aren't doing your job.  Now, the issue comes with how SDM's hand out accounts.  Having the exact same 110 accounts for 4 months doesn't make sense in a sales cycle.  When prospects know your name before having to say the company, that's an issue.

Yes, it's a wonderful company. From an SDR perspective, we are given so many tools to be successful. Effort never goes unnoticed, I have always felt appreciated, and the office vibe is welcoming.

Sometimes, people don't like the work. Sometimes, people don't get along. It happens, but not nearly as often as I have become accustomed to.

I think the above reply was submitted by someone who does not work here and hasn't, because this is far from true. I'm actually so floored at this that I'm going to touch base with RepVue. Chaim is the only CEO I've ever known to give a shit. He involves people at every level, all the way down to the entry-level SDRs. He visits his offices, is constantly collaborating with directors and managers, and has done nothing but good for both Phreesia and the face of healthcare.His leadership breeds fierce loyalty, if you couldn't tell.
