Great company, innovative products that are first to market, some historical growing pains on implementation & support services as the co scales. Significant investment & improvements were made over the last three years with complete support from C leadership & ongoing positive customer feedback. The platform is truly differentiated & therefore a strategic sale even to smaller clients. The complexity causes some issues with affordability especially with other point solutions in the market selling on fast implementations. Not all companies are a fit or ready but phenom hands down has the best platform & tech in the market.

No raises ever. Dry promotions seems to be how they operate, comp structure has changed at least 4 times in 2 years and it’s virtually impossible to become an AE here as an SDR. (Only one AE is a former Phenom SDR)

Great product that is leading the market. Extreme micromanagement in EMEA, daily sales calls. SVP gets involved in most deals and takes over. Toxic sales environment. Leader needs to go. Turnover on sales team is very high as a result. Stay away!!!
