My experience is positive. I would say its a great company to get your start in sales. Managers are highly focused on your development and regularly set aside time to help you hone your skills. Compensation isn't the best but it also isnt the worst.

Group sales is run by a singular women, who has an abrasive personality. Extremely toxic management style. Leader often selects a "target" and will ride them until they quit or fired. In my two years there , watched her push out 5 other reps before it was my turn.

Love the BDR leadership team. Product fit is decent. Basically selling a tech advanced answering service. Lots of doctors are old and set in their ways. They have been using same old answering service for 20 years in many cases. They can be hard to even get to take a look at the demo's.
