Big on culture and diversity, employees are supportive helpful to each other. Big growth goals with insufficient tools and analytics. College program is very structured and definitely gets you on the growth track, but development and career mapping fall off quickly. Leadership is attempting to use micromanagement and tasks to convert order takers into hunters and closers.

This was basically an entry level sales role, but there was definitely a serious lack of effective leadership and professional development, at the time.
