Former Employee3.4Mar 5, 2024Change was the norm. High churn. Leaders were often chosen based on their confidence versus their skill set.

Current Employee3.3Apr 10, 2024My overall experience hasn't been great because of leadership and diversity.
Former Employee3.4May 9, 2024Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".
