People are very cool and fun to work with. Lunches included is nice. Biggest knock by far is the low attainment, if 20% of reps hit quota each quarter that is considered good. TAM is smaller than leadership would want you to believe.

He's fixated on separating mktg and sales revenue so he makes decisions that limit the biz. None of their systems talk to each other. They're in a downward spiral.
