Paycor's culture and company overall are amazing. Great coworkers, ZERO internal competition on leads and prospects and good leaders. Where it fell short for me was the compensation for hard work put forth, at least initially. I hit quota 130%+ my first 7 months and since it consumer based commission, you do not get paid on bookings until clients use the product which made for a long lag period before you see fruits of your labor. Overall a good mid-career role, however wasnt a fit for me as I need something more upstream.

Lots of earning potential, but this comes with many daily pains and struggles

-top reps are not challenged to be better -no support from the top for leaders -policies are different for every situation -2nd and 3rd line leaders are essentially good sales reps who have been undeservingly promoted too many times -cannot get accounts implemented
