My experience was a disgrace. The amount of sexual harassment that happens here is insane. From peers to RSDs and even the ASVP. Total quid pro quo environment! Good luck with HR taking it serious. You immediately have a target on your back thereafter. Not to mention the high speed revolving door, in all departments! I’ve never worked at a company with so many unhappy sales reps. The CRO is a total nightmare and that trickles down to the reps. You have to split your deals with upmarket and are basically their BDs for landing prospect meetings (the biggest grind of the job). Plus, your commission is capped on larger deals you’ve sourced and built rapport to bid on. Management is horrible. They promote ill equipped sales reps into leadership roles per politics. Their implementation is absolutely horrible. Leading you to lose deals that you have to dig out of the negative from. So good luck making commission once a handful of those rack up. I’ve seen great sales reps leave bc of the poor implementation & management that has led them to be working for a low base pay and zero commission.

Good experience so far. It's a closing role. A lot of these not so good reviews come from reps who struggle to book their appointments and struggle with their sales process. Master your craft and you will succeed at any HR SaaS company.
