Earning potential is great, but you are working three jobs in one as an outside sales rep at Paycom. You are your own SDR and systems engineer in addition to sales. In 2024, quota was 960K, which means you make over 500K as an exec reps. This is not an easy role by any means. It was actually maybe the hardest thing I've ever done - I did it for 5 years. You wont survive unless Paycom becomes your whole life and you sell your soul to it.

It has been amazing, I love Paycom. The training is amazing here, leadership is great, the product is the best.

My overall experience with Paycom is incredible. The company seriously cares for employees and has a technology that is unmatched in the marketplace. A true unicorn!
