The job has changed in the last few month. Went from “Inside Sales” to “Emerging Markets Account Representative. Job is now 85% outbound, but base went up from 50k to 65k, and deal sizes went up. Overall, I think it’s a great place to work, and they have fantastic training and development. I think the Emerging Markets department doesn’t really know what it is yet, and product fit for businesses in the 20-65 employee range isn’t the best, but overall I enjoy it.

Strong market with a unique value prop in a saturated market. Company could invest more into developer talent to better ramp development requests of customers.
