Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This company is very unique. Anything over 40 hours per week you get overtime pay (1.5x hourly rate). Sounds like an awesome feature. However, when you consider the fact that there are commission paybacks if a client leaves within 6 months, it makes sense. Quota is ridiculously high in this role. Out of 110 sales reps, maybe 5 will hit quota over the course of the year. You are responsible for everything from prospecting/setting meetings to implementing. This process can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3-4 months. Commission is “uncapped”, however the more you sell, the more implementing you have to do which takes time away from selling. Overall, as a first job, there is lots to learn. However, I do not think anyone should keep this job for more than 1-2 years TOPS. Browse Other Reviews
