Current Employee3.1Oct 17, 2024Great Pay, Great commission structure, everything else is brutal, crazy hours in the office, early mornings late nights, their turnover rate is beyond scary for a reason. On average most reps last between 6-9 months and then quit or get fired. There are a few who make it but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
