Great Pay, Great commission structure, everything else is brutal, crazy hours in the office, early mornings late nights, their turnover rate is beyond scary for a reason. On average most reps last between 6-9 months and then quit or get fired. There are a few who make it but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Toxic leadership and company culture. They hire young kids and try to brainwash them on the idea of hustle culture and making insane money, when in reality, most don’t make it through training. I’d avoid at all costs, they also have current employees require good reviews on Glassdoor/repvue. I saw that a women pacing at quota was terminated without cause 2 weeks...Read More

Dont take this role if you’re not staying put for the next 4-5 years. If that sounds like you, there’s a fair payoff for the grind.
