Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.

Lifechanging. Sales enablement was unparalleled. New reps right out of college regularly made $100,000k plus their first year.
