Most competitors are remote/hybrid where Paycom has chosen to only honor in person meetings towards metrics and mandatory office days on Monday and Friday.

Tough client list, onsite only meeting requirements, 8 meeting requirement per week equals a lot of wasted time on the road when some meetings could be accomplished via zoom.
