Great compensation and development for young professionals. It’s a tough industry to sell to and you’re competing against cheaper options so it is a lot of value selling.

Paycom is a GRIND. No remote/virtual meetings are allowed. Insane weekly metrics. Expect to work 60+ hours a week and still not be a high earner.
