Paycom is a great company for someone who is starting their career in sales. They have great sales training and trainers. They focus a lot on quantity rather than quality, they are truly a numbers organization. If you can focus on getting the right accounts and selling them fast, you will succeed.

Pay is great, but work life balance will be non-existent. Changes in focuses for entire salesforce can change week to week. Micromanaging occurs daily and no one gets room to breathe.
