Highly compensated, poor culture and high turnover. Great if you are selling, not so much if you aren’t. There is a lot of pressure on their reps.

Overall you are made to feel like there will never be a better job however, you’re working 60+ hour weeks, expected to answer calls before 8am and after 5pm with no work/life balance.
