Former Employee2.7Sep 12, 2023This place was a total nightmare, you will sell your soul for money! RUN far away.
Former Employee2.7May 28, 2024My experience at Paycom was horrible. I have been a presidents club winner everywhere I've been before, and after. I feel like they must be hiring people to boost this score. They bait and switch people with absurd OTES (like 400k), but only one rep will hit. The culture is super aggressive. Don't work here.

Former Employee1.4Nov 6, 2023Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.

Current Employee3.6Apr 4, 2025Great product and value prop to sell, but there are a lot of changes and challenges to navigate that don’t always have a good reasoning attached to it from leadership.
