It’s a good company overall. Great perks, gym in the basement, yoga, lunch brought in (you buy it) and a cafe/coffee shop in the morning hours for purchase. They are upgrading buildings so I anticipate amenities getting better than they are now. Base pay is horrible, about 12k less than normal tech companies. meh, this is a call-center that sells 'insurance' on the dead & dying of IT kit (without any actuaries)! Sales is straight from school and has minimal training in tech, in fact only trained to parrot leadership's ethically questionable talking points (in short, the reps probably arent aware of the mis-statements they are making... better to keep them in the dark).
