US team is completely isolated from the rest we are given a serviceable if bloated tech stack but basically zero enablement, process documentation and frankly corporate direction.
I have never seen a GTM BU with as little support per rep headcount 1 Sales ops manager for 25 sellers? It shows in how brittle processes are, how hard definitive answers are to come by. All of this in this sellers opinion makes for uncertainty for the seller and by proxy the customer.
