Highly political culture. Strategy is constantly changing. Comps plans are constantly changing. Overall great market share and demand but weak leadership structure. Many people leaving.

Used to have good managers in Europe and DACH region in particular until about three years ago. Since then a lot of non-qualified people were hired into manager positions. Excellent products but targets are very high.
