Overall, a great experience—great team, incredible training program, an amazing product that's relatively easy to sell. However, the company culture could use improvement, as there is a noticeable.... emphasis on hiring former athletes and frat bros.

PitchBook itself is a great product but the market itself has become very saturated. In the middle market / enterprise space clients have leveraged the product for 6 to some 10+ years at this point and not willing to grow much. The incentives for hitting over quota are great but most reps are not hitting quota regardless.

This is a great company to work for. Not much to complain about outside of common occasional obstacles that come with working at any larger organization.

My overall experience was ok. There is the potential to make good money here, but it's a lot of people fighting over the same accounts. The product isn't in as much demand as it once was.
