The quality and innovation of the product is genuinely impressive, making it enjoyable to sell. Additionally, the compensation structure is highly competitive, with generous salaries and benefits that reflect the company’s commitment to attracting top talent.
However, the company’s internal culture and leadership leave much to be desired. The work environment is plagued by a lack of effective communication and support from management. Leadership often seems disconnected from the day-to-day realities faced by employees, leading to frustration and low morale. There is also a noticeable lack of respect and appreciation for employees' efforts, which hampers motivation and job satisfaction.
