Current Employee2.7Aug 1, 2023Good potential to earn commission, but very long ramp up time (1 year+). Base salary is not competitive for Ireland nowadays at 34K. CRM system is archaic. Remote working flexibility is being reduced as fast as possible. Little to no actual sales training, when there is training it's extremely basic (i.e. wear a shirt during virtual meetings...)
