Leadership is an absolute joke and as most people know, leadership snowballs downward. A unilateral decision was made to change the structure of commission that ruined everything. It is a tiered uncapped commission and they removed any commission from the bottom rung. It takes 6 months on average to make first sale so you can work so hard to get that sale and see 0 reward for it. It feels like we work to line the Presidents pocket and not improve the company. Last if you are a top earner you can get away with sexual harassment, and racism. One of the VP's of the company is a serial sexual harasser and there is nothing to be done because HR covered it up and shredded all documentation and deleted all emails after firing the women he sexually harassed. Do not work here if you are a woman.

Total base for *this role* is easily 30-50% below market, and OTE is similar (and capped). BDMs are on a separate comp plan - low on base, but heavier on incentive. Good potential to earn commission, but very long ramp up time (1 year+). Base salary is not competitive for Ireland nowadays at 34K. CRM system is archaic. Remote working flexibility is being reduced as fast as possible. Little to no actual sales training, when there is training it's extremely basic (i.e. wear a shirt during virtual meetings...)
