Dominated heavily by white men. They will say they are inclusive but are not. The culture is to not help people develop and grow a career but to just be individual producers. The product is niche and they do raise the bar in the market.

Worked here for two years in 2012-2014. Great place to break into the staffing industry with an excellent training program and good management around you. Pay was light for the time, but things may have changed since then. Overall, a great experience, but pay was below average compared to competitors.

Leadership is an absolute joke and as most people know, leadership snowballs downward. A unilateral decision was made to change the structure of commission that ruined everything. It is a tiered uncapped commission and they removed any commission from the bottom rung.
