Current Employee3.1Mar 6, 2025Good opportunity to make money. Poor training and not much opportunity for advancement.
Former Employee2.9Mar 7, 2024Dominated heavily by white men. They will say they are inclusive but are not. The culture is to not help people develop and grow a career but to just be individual producers. The product is niche and they do raise the bar in the market.

Former Employee3.9Oct 31, 2023Worked here for two years in 2012-2014. Great place to break into the staffing industry with an excellent training program and good management around you. Pay was light for the time, but things may have changed since then. Overall, a great experience, but pay was below average compared to competitors.

Former Employee2.0Mar 5, 2025Awful experience working at Oxford, sweat shop mentality, felt disposable.
