Customers wanted consistency and support so they created an account Mangment team but changed from it quickly. Had a hard time to get customers to see there product as more then a sequence tool. Churn was very common

Only ONE person hit their number out of 21 in the enterprise segment with ONE deal. If they had not closed that deal, they would be at 0% quota attainment.
