Former Employee3.4Jan 24, 2024My overall experience was positive. Oracle offers the tools and adjacent resource teams to help provide value and win deals. I was not a fan of the compensation. Oracle does not reward loyalty by compensation. In order to receive a good base pay, you must leave the company.
