OCI is still the little brother to AWS and a tough sell to existing AWS customers. Leadership is optimistic but at times delusional. Not a bad place to break into tech sales but experienced reps I would recommend another direction.

My previous company was acquired by Oracle recently. My direct team lead and sales director are great but the rest of the leadership above them doesn't add anything. Products are mostly proprietary or have significant advantages over third party offerings. My sales role and most others simply sell to existing accounts with zero outbound prospecting which is lovely....Read More
