The BD org was very siloed and lack of collaboration with other department. It happens when the organisation is growing and happens to be one of the biggest company in the industry. Compensation could be better.

My overall experience is okay. Awesome product that’s cheaper than competition but tough to replace AWS/GCP/AZURE due to risk and time it takes to change platforms

I was a “class of” hire directly out of college. Oracle was a great opportunity to learn the industry and gain overall sales knowledge. However to grow a career at Oracle I believe it would be beneficial to leave and return on good terms.
