Former Employee3.0Mar 19, 2024My overall experience with Oracle was positive. However, I had a great first year as an AE and received a $15k raise as a result. The typical starting base pay for AEs is actually a bit on the lower side, so that’s something to keep in mind. OTE is pretty high though and quota attainment is likely!
