My overall experience was consistent. Oracle is a large company where you can easily become a number and get lost in the shuffle. As a manager, you are typically given a lot of people to manage with very little guidance or enablement on product/ how to work best with the ecosystem.

In a select named accounts territory covering 15 named accounts in a specific industry vertical. Bottom line Oracle’s Cloud ERP is the best in the market.
