very little communication through the vertical team. Oracle is famous for paying less then the market and asking more. if you can impress though they'll take a chance on someone without the relative experience just dont expect to be paid at the market rate

Great company to start your carreer. Fantastic place to learn sales. You get time and space to fail and learn. You get freedom in how to achieve your target, basically acting as an entrepreneur within your own territory.

Company is very cool, products theoretically are very well designed, but it is very difficult to sell them due to a very low market share. Partners ecosystem is not well developed. Quota are too high compared to the reality of the market
