Front line managers are for the most part, fair and will try to make you succeed.... Internal matrix and never ending approvals overcomplicate the sales cycle.... Senior management has failed miserably with acquisition of MicroFocus, specifically the CyberRes group of solutions (Voltage, ArcSight, NetIq & Fortify)... Severe disruption in sales focus and lagging development on products other than Fortify has been detrimental in competitive sales cycles

My overall experience was positive prior to the MicroFocus acquisition. However, following that transition, the management guidelines seemed to falter, and a clear sense of direction was notably absent.
