This place is part of a very challenging industry to break into. It requires are a lot of effort, and personal motivation. Sales cycle can be anywhere from weeks to months. Commissions can range from $3,000-$350,000 on a single transaction. Deal size as much as $100 million. Definitely a place to make a career, and not a stop gap while you look for something else. CEO is one of the best CEO's i've personally worked for. Company has great intentions and wants everyone to win.

No inbound. Extremely high turnover because the job is tough. Leadership focuses on number of calls everyday. But you role play everyday and practice their model.
