My experience was similar to all North American sales teams. The product fit for the US was disjointed at best. Great fit for Europe with the banking credential requirements, which has a different risk model in the US.

Management is running around with their head cut off. Company is failing due to the boys club they created. All the leaders worked for the same company before coming to Onfido. Great team - supportive, positive, helps with everything. US market needs more investment in product/market fit as the EU/UK driven initiatives are not landing here. SE team/SDR team helps a ton with pre-sales. Lots of resources for customers to trial the product too.
