Former Employee3.7Sep 3, 2024Good company.. I worked there during peak covid and the company was so new that my quota and comp changed 3 times in less than a year. Company was growing so fast that the BDRs comp/training was not essential (understandable). Great people and great product I just wasn't ready for start up life for a first job.

Former Employee1.9Jun 29, 2023Do not join, it is a toxic culture. The high earning potential has gone and after all that even as a top performer I left as job security isn't guaranteed,. One of the team got let go doing 200% of his quarterly number as he didn't fit the model.
