Good company.. I worked there during peak covid and the company was so new that my quota and comp changed 3 times in less than a year. Company was growing so fast that the BDRs comp/training was not essential (understandable). Great people and great product I just wasn't ready for start up life for a first job.

Great people to work with, upper leadership has no idea what they're doing and failed GTM plan for their multiple products. Barely anyone has hit quota over the last 2+ years, most below 60% of attainment each quarter
