Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee OneTrust has a great product for the market, and the better parts of working there includes the people you work with, the pay, the benefits, and the hybrid model. However, the bad parts include constant change. Lots of promises made when you are hired that they go back on and change. They do not value the top performers and are losing more of them every week. Inbound leads used to be routed to BDRs but are now routing to SDRs without adjusting quota, so SDRs are hitting 200% to their quota while BDRs struggle to meet quota. They had no plans to mandate RTO but increased it to 3 days mandatory now. They laid off top BDRs and managers for not relocating to Atlanta. Constant layoffs on the AE side as well with constant realignment. Lots of frustration around changes being made without thinking of how it’ll effect people. Browse Other Reviews
